Refund, Exchange & Delivery Policy

  • Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories attached.

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Clearance items, final sale items, and fully discounted products are not eligible for refunds.

  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered.
  • Clearance items, final sale items, and fully discounted products are not eligible for exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Delivery Policy

Pearlmart currently delivers across the United Arab Emirates.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within the UAE.
  • All orders are securely packed and prepared for shipment.
  • Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Dubai: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
    • Other Emirates: (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, remote locations, or courier delays.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive shipment tracking information where available.
